Wombat/NYSE LBM users: if you are seeing high CPU usage, packet loss, or latencies above 50 microseconds, we would like to help.
Performance Goals
Through our consulting and tuning work for a number of Wombat/NYSE LBM users we have found several simple configuration and design changes that can result in significant performance improvements. We feel in many cases that Wombat NYSE LBM users could be experiencing better performance in their systems, and 29West would like to ensure that they do.
With this in mind we have decided to offer a new three-part direct support model:
Direct Support Program
- 29West will provide any Wombat/NYSE LBM customer a detailed write-up of the configuration issues we have found, along with updates on a regular basis as new issues are found with Wombat/NYSE integration work. We will also provide details on how you can ensure much better monitoring of your messaging layer with free tools.
- 29West will provide any Wombat/NYSE LBM customer with a free development license so they can experience the performance of the messaging layer. This will help enable customers to identify performance issues, and to determine whether they are in the application or messaging layer. This will also grant access to our extensive knowledge base and give customers insight into our release schedule.
- 29West will provide a free on-site visit to look at your deployment and provide support and tuning advice.
Since some of the information we will provide is confidential to 29West, we will need to have a simple NDA in place in order to enroll you in the program.
