- Added code to mdump to echo the msend command used for a test.
- Added duplicate prints and flushes to mdump to make redirection of stdout convenient.

" option to msend to specify the payload of the messages (in hex).

- The
msendprogram now has a "-5" test which pushes the network hardware a bit harder than "-4" and also checks for certain kinds of Linux send-side loss. - Changes in socket buffer sizes for both
msendandmdumpare intended to verify that the OS has adequate values for default and maximum send and receive socket buffers. - Added a FreeBSD pre-compiled binary.
- Added "
-v" option tomdump- checks the sequence number of each received message and warns of sequence errors. - The
msendprogram now does a 1-second sleep after its first send to allow network hardware to establish the mcast flow.
